About Jennie Fytche
I am a dynamic and creative trainer, coach and pastoral supervisor experienced in working in a diversity of sectors including NHS, not-for-profit organisations, churches and charitable organisations
I bring a depth of experience of working with individuals who seeking growth in their current stage of life.
I love helping people move forwards with courage and clarity. As a creative artistic person, I use different creative methodologies as well as traditional reflective dialogue in sessions.
My Story
I began my working life in the NHS as an adult and children’s nurse in Liverpool Through being open to exploring exciting opportunities which me alongside my nursing work I have been able to journey into the world of adult training, coaching and supervision. Today, 25 years later I have been on an exciting journey. I find myself living in Lincolnshire. Here I have a coaching and pastoral supervision practice, and provide training workshops.
I provide training for several charities and colleges across the UK regularly.
Over the years I have gathered qualifications which enable my practice to be fresh, dynamic, creative, accessible and relevant.
This has been a fun journey into learning enabling me to be a
- Senior practitioner in Mentoring and Coaching accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (2020) and the Association of Christian Counselling and Linked Professionals (2025)
Other qualifications include an
- MA Applied Theology to family youth and community work (2009)
- Cliff College Certificate in Mentoring and Coaching (2012)
- Training in the life- long learning sector (2014).
All of these were built from my foundational nursing qualifications, and teaching in adult learning sector
In the last 5 years I have gained an
- A Certificate in pastoral supervision. (2023)
- Advanced Diploma in Pastoral Supervisions (2025)
- An accredited Local Preacher for the Methodist church. (2022)
- Diploma: (EMCC level 5) Reflect to Create – for mentoring coaching and supervision (2022)
- Wellbeing Coaching qualification awarded by ILM
Throughout this journey I have imagined working with brilliant people helping them rediscover their wisdom and guiding them to lives of meaning, purpose, and fulfilment giving them a deep sense of wellbeing.
I believe we already have the answers we seek within us. When we give ourselves the time and space to think freely—without interruption or judgment—we unlock clarity, courage, and the ability to create the change we long for.
I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with what truly matters, to trust your inner wisdom, and create a life that feels deeply your own. With humility and care, I offer my time, skills, and experience in service to your growth and transformation.
