Christian Wellbeing Coaching

A Christian Wellbeing Coach is someone who helps individuals improve their overall well-being, build resilience, and achieve personal goals. As a Christian Wellbeing Coach, I am distinct from therapists or counsellors in that I focus on present and future-oriented strategies rather than delving deeply into past traumas or diagnosing health conditions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Christian Mental Health Coach
Faith-Integrated Goal Setting and Achievement
- Goal Setting: I help clients set goals that align with their faith and values. These goals can include spiritual growth, improving relationships, and enhancing overall well-being.
- Action Planning: Develop actionable plans that incorporate wellbeing strategies and spiritual practices, such as prayer, reading, creativity and church involvement. They assist clients in developing actionable plans to reach their goals, breaking them down into manageable steps.
Each coaching client working with me will receive a unique action plan. This is written together based on our conversation where we discuss together an approach to reach their desired outcomes.
After each session, will require the coaching client to commit beyond our conversation to engage with the goals we have agreed together. Together in partnership I can help you keep you accountable, help you overcome thoughts and patterns, which stop you reaching your goals putting theory and faith into action.
