A clear communicator, knowledgeable and respectful in approach, aware of and excellent in teaching and facilitating boundaries as we learnt together. Clearly a woman who has invested a lot of time to learn therefore is incredibly skilled a teaching and facilitating. This course has completed enlightened and educated me on the fundamental basics of crisis -a word I completing misunderstood prior to this training.

Our job is to offer a range of therapies to people in day services with a range of neurological disorders, bereaved families and those receiving family support, end of life care, staff, volunteers and those in our hospice for respite/ pain management.
